"Need Power? Use
Kerry!"
The Kerry Company
was originally formed in 1971 as a sales and design
office and quickly grew into a distributor based organization
handling a number of industrial companies.
In 1976, Kerry moved into
its own building and along with the distributor products
and the design and sales functions, it took on the in-house
manufacturing of its actuators. This put Kerry
into the major actuator market.
The first units of Kerry's
were small, slow electro-hyraulic linear actuators with
virtually no electronics or optional features. Today,
The Kerry Company, along with
its standard units, manufactures linear and rotary units
ranging in size from those that can be held in one hand
to actuators that require cranes to move them about their
modern manufacturing facility.
Today, Kerry offers full
in-house sales, engineering and manufacturing facilities
for most components of its actuators along with sales offices
located throughout the United States and Canada to service
its customers.
The Kerry Company in the
past grew by tackling applications where other actuators
failed or from which others shied away. At present,
those specials are in increasing share of Kerry's
ever-growing business.
